How to get more nerds to watch baseball … Lightsabers!

Lightsaber Baseball !!

Seriously … that’s just cool.Â Â I can barely photoshop an image and this guy edits a lightsaber bladeÂ onto a baseball bat.

It wouldn’t be a stretch for FOX to do thisÂ considering their foray into glowing pucks for the NHL back in 1996.Â Â Then again, considering how that went over … maybe we’ll justÂ forget aboutÂ the concept.

But it looks like Pedro Martinez had the idea back in the Red Sox dugout back in 2004.
