Oh, but there IS a pic of the ball! I am that fan. And I have the ball. If you’d like a pic, just give me an email address and I’ll send it to you… You’ll see that he didnt use the “centre” spelling – that must be some Canadian’s clever, but false addition to the story.

To clear up “lame” comment, our heckling was superb. You cannot get that kind of response from something that didnt work. I can’t relay the chants via text for you to get same effect… But we have nothing to prove at this point. The ball is not for sale, so you wont see it on Ebay.

Vernon has a great sense of humor, and we commend him for it. In the mean time, the Blue Jays still suck.

Vernon Wells is my new favourite CentreFielder.
I even used Canadian Spelling there.
