DD, calm down, dude.

If someone doesn’t think the Cubs will make the World Series, that’s his call. He’s not slapping on any guarantees, and it doesn’t sound like a snide remark.

Someone saying he doesn’t think the Cubs are going to make it to the World Series is an opinion.

Saying that someone isn’t entitled to share their thoughts on that… now THAT’S irresponsible and ignorant.

And I’m a Cubs fan, too.

Casey, since you’re so inclinded to predict the future, what do you see the stock market doing in the next six months, or the weather on June 10? Get a clue. Have your opinion but blanket statements like the one you made is irresponsible and ignorant.

Secondly, check the division schedules on an annual basis. The Cubs have played both Boston and New York in prior years when the NL Central plays the AL East. It’s not a pick and choose on an annual basis as suggested.

Otherwise, yawn.
